As shared that the application is asking for serial number, then I believe you have downloaded the Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application.
Looking at your account information, you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack which is an online service and doesn't work with Acrobat DC app.
You need to uninstall the current app using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and download the correct application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions through which you can access your subscription.
However, Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf
Also, there seems to be some issue with the subscription activation under your account. So for billing concern we suggest you to get in touch with our billing support team via chat to get that fixed- Contact Customer Care
