Unable to log into Adobe software

Hi
has anyone experienced issues signing into their Adobe software in the last 7-10 days?
All of a sudden, one of our users is unable to sign into Acrobat Pro DC via their business account - his password isn't recognised and he sees the option to create a new account or use Google/Facebook or Apple account which isn't what we require.

Other Adobe users are seeing random licence expiry messages even though we are fully licensed.
