I am unable to open my Acrobat program. Is there a way to activate it?

Hi peterl,

Are you trying to open Acrobat or Adobe Reader (and what version)? What happens when you try to open it? Do you get an error message, or are you prompted for a serial number?

Please provide a few more details, and we'll do our best to get it sorted out.

Another of your superb Adobe

team was able to take over my

PC and fix the problem with

Acrobat Pro.
