Unable to open converted file in Word

Hi Loric,

I used the Export PDF function to convert a document to Word. I keep getting a message in Word that says "Word experienced an error when trying to open this file." I tried several different documents with the same result.

As explained above, multiple documents are causing trouble. So it could be a possibility that conversion hasn't been done successfully.

Are you using Export PDF web service? If yes, then you may try it via different web browser through- Adobe Document Cloud

Or use desktop application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
