Unable to pull files from document cloud to PC, any help?

I've converted a couple hundred excel files to PDF in the document cloud but I am unable to download them onto my PC. Any help would be great. I only purchased the PDF pack. ($5/mo)

    Hi druppel52,

    Could you please try visiting this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/, (login if required) click Files>Document Cloud( in the top left corner) and see if the converted files are there. If yes, try selecting one of the files by clicking on the small box next to the file name and click Download ( in the top right corner)
