UNABLE TO PURCHASE “ADOBE EXPORT PDF/ ADOBE PDF PACK”

Regrettably the problem I am encountering does not seem to be included in any of Adobe’s predetermined options intended to channel enquiries/questions to particular subject matters.

The problem I have is that I am unable to convert PDF Files into either Word or Excel Online. The issue at hand is that I do not have the “Adobe Export PDF/ Adobe PDF Pack” Tool/App.

Regrettably in trying to purchase the “Tool/App” I keep getting the automated response/advice to the effect that :

“Sorry, this product is not available in your country”

Would be so kind as to advise when the “Tool/App” would be available for purchase in Southern Africa???

    Document Cloud services and connectors are not available in Southern Africa.

    In your region, only Creative Cloud for Teams subscription/license is available through an authorized reseller of Adobe. For detailed information, you can refer to https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/products/creativecloud/cc/pdfs/cc-availability-matrix.pdf
