Unable to save a filled-out form

I have tried to complete a form and save it to my PC as it is one I use fairly regularly for my work. I now get a message saying "Please fill out the following form. You cannot save data typed into this form.Please print your completed form if you would like a copy for your records." I have checked and my membership auto-renewed in September so I do not understand why I am unable to amend and save this form the same way I was able to previously with the same level of membership. Can you please explain?

If you're filling out the form via Adobe Reader, it needs to be Reader-enabled for you to save the data that you enter into it. Please see https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-enter-form-data-using-adobe-reader for more information.
