Unable to Save Files to Acrobat.com

Hello!

I am unable to save files to acrobat.com from folders on my computer. I have tried out browsers like Chrome and IE and both to no avail. What I have done was to navigate to Adobe Acrobat.com and then

click on upload and yes it works like it's really loading up until the long bar - status bar gets filled up and then you think the file has been loaded but when you try to get at the file you find nothing.

Please help if you know how I can get around this issue.
