Unable to see Comments on PDF

We were having this issue before , it was fixed but it appeared again.

There are some comments on PDF file but we can not see on document unless we click the comment on page or select it from Command Bar.

Are there any solution for this or guideline ?

As you are not able see the comments on the PDF, please check the comment settings under applicaiton Preferences.

In application, go to Edit Menu > Preferences. In the Preference window, select Commenting under Categories.

Share the screenshot of the settings selected there.
