Unable to select file when trying to Export PDF

For some reason my Adobe PDF Export does not work. It keeps returning to the "select file" section all the time (even though the file has been selected).  I've tried saving the document first and then opening it with the program without success. Any help here?

Hi Satus46396538,

As explained the scenario above, could you please confirm how you have been using the Export PDF service? Is it online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  or through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application?

If it is online, then you may try with the different web browser and check again. It could be a temporary issue with the network.

Or try with the desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
