Unable to select text by dragging and dropping the mouse

Quando ho intenzione di selezionare un testo per apportare modifiche il cursore si ferma nel punto di inserimento senza riuscire a trascinare per selezionare. Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare ma il trasinamento funziona per qualche secondo e poi si blocca.

Are you using the desktop application or Acrobat Online account?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording showing what you are trying and not working at your end.
