Unable to sign in from program

I am unable to sign in and convert a PDF to Word/Excel by using the "sign-in" feature in upper right corner of the Adobe Acrobat X Pro program as I have done in the past.  Has this option changed?

    Hi MitziPucc,

    Sign in option is available in Reader at top right corner for converting document not in Acrobat. Acrobat itself has functionality available that it can convert the PDF documents to other formats.

    If you have Acrobat installed . You can click on File> Save
