Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF service
I am trying to export pdf to word. I paid for the service and it shows active . but every time I try I get sent to a page to buy it again. if I try that is says I already own it. round and round I go.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as it's asking you to purchase the subscription again, Is that correct?
The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if you still get an error message.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and get the error message, then please "sign out and sign back in" in Adobe Reader with your current Adobe ID and password.
You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
