Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF service || Error message: Resubscribe.
I purchased Export last week. However, when I try to covert a document I am taken to the "need to purchase" screen
How can this be resolved?

Hello Peters,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as the page is directing you to repurchase the service while exporting any file, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please try to use the service on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password. And see if you are able to use the service or not.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the error message, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
You may also refer to the following KB doc Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
