Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF service, error repurchase the service

When I open a pdf and want to covert it to a word document and I try to sign it it goes nowhere and takes to the "purchase a plan" page. I have a plan and can log onto my account. Any idea what is happening?

Hello Theodorep,

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as it's directing you to buy the services again, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF service, try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader and reboot the machine once and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates. Install the updates and reboot the machine again and then try exporting the PDF file.

For further troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
