Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF services

I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE about DC - it will not work more than one time after re-installation or the repair tool - I PAY for the service to convert docutments and can't use it - WHY CAN't i find a way to actually talk to someone????

The record shows that the Adobe ExportPDF services are in a canceling state, you can check the status on Adobe.com>Manage Account>Plans and Products or you may refer to Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Manage Document Cloud subscriptions Link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/rm/android/acrobatandroid_en/document_cloud.html
