Unable to use Adobe PDF pack services
How can I use my abo? I always get a message "please contakt the customer services center".......Though I have an abo, I have no Access to it..

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe PDF Pack services with your Adobe ID, Is that correct?
The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe PDF pack How to Use Adobe PDF Pack on your Adobe Id.
You can sign in to Adobe Document Cloud at https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password to use the services.
You can also download the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and can use the services, to download Adobe Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
