After login, there is no Create PDF option under the tools tab and there is no "right-hand pane". How do I create a PDF document?

This is not a discussion - it is a question?????

Hello malcolmm96160484

As per the description above, you are not getting the option of Create PDF under the tools tab and no right-hand pane, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services on your current Adobe ID. You can access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also access the services of Adobe PDFPack through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.

If you already have Adobe Reader and facing the issue, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and check for any ending updates of Reader from Help menu>Check for updates.

If you want to download Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Anand Sri.
