Unable to use Adobe Sign

Hi there - I just bought Acrobat Pro DC so I could use Adobe Sign. When I click on "Specify where to Sign" I get the below error.

"Could not Send"

    "Access token provided is invalid or has expired" 

I have googled it and there isn't anything helpful. Does anyone have a solution?
