Unable to use Export PDF
i HAVE ALREADY SUBSCRIBED TO EXPORT PDF SERVICE A WEEK AGO, BUT WHEN TRYING TO USE IT, I AM GETTING AN ERROR ASKING ME TO SUBSCRIBE NOW, BUT I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE SUBSCRIPTION? PLEASE HELP

Yes, we see that you have an active subscription of Export PDF. If you are working online using web browser-
1-Then you may try Signing Out and Signing In in your Adobe account https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
