Unable to use subscription purchased via iTunes

i bought the item with my apple id but when i went to edit a pdf it won't work and when i went to restore purchase it says no purchases restored i have my invoice and emails which show that i purchase the app. thank you waiting for answer.

Since it sounds like you purchased your subscription via the Apple App store, you will need to contact them to cancel it. But, if you've purchased within the first 30 days, you should be entitled to a refund.

Hi adobe reader purchase,

TSN is correct: if you're having issues with your purchase, it's necessary to contact Apple, as Adobe doesn't handle subscriptions  purchased from the various app stores.

If you have Adobe Reader installed, and have verified that you have an active subscription, but are still having trouble converting, please let us know exactly what's happening, so we can help.

What do you mean by "it won't work"? What exactly do you try and what exactly happens. Not sure if "restore purchase" should do anything as a subscription might be a different thing. For billing (rather than technical) issues you'd need t o contact Apple.

The main prob is when i convert or to say export from pdf to doc for editing it doesn't show the the logo or formatting of my pdf file.
