Unable to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, message of resubscribing.

Hello,

I have the PDF converter subscription and I'm trying to convert a file from PDF to word. Every single time I hit the "convert" button on the right hand side of the screen, I'm taken to the website advertising the subscription. When I signed in to my Adobe account, I was informed that I already have a subscription. Any ideas? Is there another way to go about this? Thank you!

    Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are getting a message to resubscribe the Adobe ExportPDF service while converting/exporting a PDF to Word, Is that correct?

    The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF subscription on your current Adobe ID, please try to use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and see if it brings any difference.

    If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the resubscribe message, then sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader with your current Adobe ID and password.

    For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
