I am logged in and everytime I try and convert PDF to word it sends me directly to Adobe to purchase the product I already subscribe to. Even going through this process it states I already have a such a facility.

Hello jamesh20591409

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are not able to convert a PDF file to a Word file as it's directing you to a purchase page, but you are already subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and check if it brings any difference.

You may also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader. If you need to download Reader, use the URL https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
