Unable to use the services of Adobe PDFPack || Repurchase error.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are getting redirected to a purchase page when trying to use the services of Adobe PDFPack(convert a PDF), Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack subscription on your current Adobe ID. Please try to convert the PDF file in a different browser like Chrome, or Safari, or Firefox through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password and see if this brings any difference.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the error message, then please sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and then try to convert any PDF file.
You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
