Unable to user features always asked me suscribe

Why Adobe Pack is only available online and not on desktop or mobile, I paid $119 year and every time I need to edit a document asks to subscribe and I can't edit, so complex.  Please advise.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked your account, and the subscription that you have is the Acrobat PDF Pack.

This entitlement does not have the abilities to allow you to Edit PDF. To do that, you will need a full pack for Acrobat Pro DC or Standard DC.
