Unable to view converted docs

Whenever I convert a document from PDF to Word, I am unable to view and save it. The display indicates it has been converted. Has my annual membership expired or is there some other reason? Catherine

    Hi Catherine,

    I checked your account and see that your subscription was canceled back on July 2. Do you perhaps have another account under a different email address?  (I'm  not sure how you are able to convert files with a canceled subscription.)

    In any case, you should be able to see your files by logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files using your Adobe ID and password.

    Hi Sara. Thank you for responding to my enquiry. I have not cancelled my

    subscription. However, my credit card was stolen earlier this year. Perhaps

    this could have impacted my subscription?

    Hi Catherine,

    Please let me look into your account a bit further. I did remove your credit card information from your last post, as these forums are public. You don't want people having access to that information!
