Unauthorized credit card charge

Hi I just received an email indicating an international transaction to:

 

ACROBAT PRO SUBS

 

The only thing that I've subscribed to was a 7-Day free trial this morning. Operative word in the sentence free.

 

Why am I being charged at this point for this free trial the amount was less than $2 but still if I shouldn't have been charged.

    Ah... do you have the full statement? It is normal practice to charge a token amount, then immediately REFUND it, to make sure the card is valid for subscriptions.

    The free trial starts charging after 7 days. Have you reached 7 days without cancelling? (That's $15 a month though).
