underlines don't show on form

I created a form for a rental contract.  I have a few spaces where I use underline and the space bar to make a line for them to fill in information.  Some of the lines show and some don't when I create the pdf form.

Hi slopbuddy,

Did you create the form in Acrobat? If so, what version of Acrobat? And what font did you use to create those underlines? Have you tried using a different font? If you'd like, I would be happy to take a look at the file here. Let me know, and I can send you my contact details.

Sara,

I created the form in Adobe forms Central I just updated to the newest version and it is still doing it.  I tried using different fonts and it didn't help either.  I did notice it is only showing the underlines that have text after them.
