unexpected error in Adobe Sign

I started a trial of Adobe Sign, filled out all the info in a PDF and tried to save.  I get this error.  I cannot leave the page or I lose all my work.  Can anyone help?

I am using Chrome.

    Sorry for not being able to get in touch with you on time. Hoping that you have managed to pass this error by now? It might be a temporary error occurred while sending the document.

    If working on Document Cloud, then you can login on Adobe Document Cloud  using a different web browser.

    Let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue with multiple PDFs.
