Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits error message

I have been trying to save and send a template through Adobe Sign for over a month and continue to get an error message that reads: "Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits." I have redone the form 4 times now and tried several different methods to get the form to work, but with no luck. Any ideas?

Could you please confirm how you are trying to send the template? It would be helpful if you could share the screenshots of the window where you are trying to save the template.

Share the screenshot of the error message you get.

Are you using the desktop application or the web application?

Did the issue occur with all the documents you tried to send for signature or this particular one?
