Ungrouping photos

Hello all,

   I really need some help:) I originally made a word document with 52+ weeks of my daugthers first year of life. I accidentally saved it has a pdf file. I paid 19.99 to get it converted back. The problem is all the photos are grouped together and even when I click on ungroup it doesn't separate them completely. I am looking to create a 52 blessed weeks photo book for my daugher and don't have the slightest idea how to get the photos all apart to resize them. The original word document was saved on an external hard drive which has crashed so I don't have any way of getting the photos apart without the help of you all. I really hope this is possible.
