Until a month ago I was able to convert to Word and to edit, I can't do it anymore.

Until a month ago I was able to convert PDF to Word and also to edit, I can't do it anymore..... why?

Also, I would like to speak with someone from Adobe.....it seems impossible! any ideas?

    Please let me know more information about your troubles.

    Do you mean that you cannot log into our service as we see service unavailable page or you see the error from exporting your PDF file to Word file?

    It will be helpful if you can provide me more information so that we can investigate.
