Update Deleted changes

Hello,

I use the Adobe cloud feature on my Windows PC and Apple iPad Air.  I was working on a document, and had highlighed and annotated it in the Adobe App.  Then I updated the app, and all of my changes were gone.  They weren't in the cloud, they weren't on my device - it was like I had never read or worked on it.

How do I recover my edits/highlighting?

Hi Verdandi36,

I'm sorry but there is no such way to recover the lost changes.

However, i would recommend you to verify the following when you are annotating a pdf that's stored in cloud :

1. Make sure that you are opening and making changes in cloud copy of the file and not in the local copy of the file; Switch to 'Document Cloud' option in Acrobat DC app on your iPad

2. Turn on Mobile Link in the app

3. Make sure you are connected to the internet.

This would make sure that the changes you make on a device are synched to the cloud are other connected devices as well.
