Upgrade

I have an Acrobat.com account, which I use to convert files to PDF.  Today when I went to convert a file, a box came up saying I had to upgrade my account, yet there is space to click and upgrade, just a box to create a new account.  How do I upgrade, yet keep my same account?

    Thanks for calling our attention to this.  This is actually a bug we're set to fix with an update to our system later this week.

    If you need to create PDF files, I suggest you check out our CreatePDF service: http://createpdf.acrobat.com
