Upgrade Acrobate

Hello to everybody,

I am trying in upgrade my Old Acrobat 7 Standard to a new Acrobat X, but wizard setup say that my old serial number is invalid. The verify code for the support team is the following 111311. Can someone help me?

Hey Ezio,

Firstly, you might need to know that Acrobat 8 and earlier versions are not eligible for upgrades.

You might need to uninstall Acrobat 7 from your machine and then download Acrobat X from the below mentioned link:
