Upload speed to Acrobat DC cloud slow and unsuccessful if more than 5MB

Hello, I am using Acrobat DC Pro trial version. Upload of PDF to cloud directly or via desktop app is incredibly slow (5min - 1MB) and after upload the desktop app shows error in accessing service, and cloud when uploaded direct shows upload progess until complete then disappears without document upload. Do I need to change settings, or am I doing something wrong? Or is this just due to slow upload speed? Only documents 5MB or smaller successfully upload.

What error message do you get?

Are you still facing this issue? I would recommend you to try again after switching to a different network.

Rahul,

I get a black box in place of the upload process box, same size, saying the following:

Upload required 25 minutes for 5MB pdf file then failure.

Then upload the same pdf file via https://cloud.acrobat.com/ in 10 minutes and it say a duplicate of file is already present (which is not visible anywhere) and ask iif I want to replace it. Respond "yes" and the  it show a box with 404 Error: file not present. Then one of the files shows up in cloud with time stamp of when I finished desktop app upload or of when I began cloud upload....???

10 MB filerequires 20 minutes and fails to successfully upload to cloud via website or desktop app. Same !0MB file required under 15 minutes to upload and was successful in Google My Drive.

I very much like features of Acrobat DC, but it is of no use without properly functioning cloud. Solution???

Did you tried accessing the service using a different Internet network?
