Use of Adobe PDF Export on shared desktop

Hi,

my company is planning to buy Adobe PDF Export licenses and will use it mainly on Shared Desktop (by W2K8 Terminal Server).

My question at all:

  • Is it possible to have the users on Shared Desktop (Citrix)?
  • If the users have logged in and shutdown the shared system: Does the login stay at all, that a reboot does not request a re-login to Adobe Cloud?
  • Is the adobe cloud login in user profile saved or in system part?

Thanks for your help and support.

Hi DocBode,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned about Adobe Export PDF which is a part of Document Cloud services and an online service that can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Its activation count doesn't depend on the number of devices you are working on.

For any troubleshooting, refer to- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,

Akanchha
