I frequently go from place to place and use a computer. I have a MAC at home and no issues using the program. However, if I visit a client and log in on their machine I cannot access the features, such as editing a pdf, etc. Not sure whey this is, can someone help?

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe PDFpack services on your client machines, but can access the services on your Home Mac machine, Is that correct?
The Adobe PDFPack is an Adobe Document Cloud online services and can be accessed through a browser with your Adobe ID and password, you can use the URL to access the services https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf
The Adobe PDFpack services can also be accessed through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC, make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and password.
On your client machines, if they have Acrobat license/subscription and it's installed and you are trying to access the services, you will get an error message, as you are not subscribed to Acrobat License/Subscription with your current Adobe ID.
Either, you can access the services through URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or with the free desktop version of Adobe Reader on client machines.
