Used PDF pack and converted powerpoint to pdf but original font not kept - why?

Question

Just bought PDF pack to convert Powerpoint and Word docs mainly to pdf.

My buisness font is cocon, but when I convert any of my powerpoint or word docs, the font is change to Arial or Times Roman or something similar. I need it to convert with the original cocon and Big hand text as this is for business purposes.

What can I do to ensure this happens?

Hi karen21,The ExportPDF online service has an extensive library of fonts, but doesn't include all the fonts that are out there. If the font is being substituted, it's because the special font that you're using isn't available to ExportPDF. To ensure that the font is available for conversion, consider using Acrobat to save in Word format, as it would be able to access the font locally on your computer.Best,Sara
