Using Acrobat 11.0.10 Win7 64 bit - cannot convert PDF to word, message states "an error occurred while trying to access the service", worked 2 days ago, please advise

Also get an error trying to log out of ExportPDF. I know this issue has been ongoing since last year. Does anyone have a verified solution? Thanks.

We have seen this particular error when signing in from Adobe Reader. Are you able to log in via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com?
