Using Adobe Reader DC, why can't I export to Word although I have paid for the service?

I am signed in to Adobe. I've read all of the help instructions and watched the videos. When I try to export, the page offering to sell me the service comes up. I've checked my account and the conversion service shows as PAID. What can I do now?

Hi,Please sign in first from "Sign in" at top right corner in Adobe Reader DC with your Adobe ID and password.Then select Export PDF tab to export your PDF file to Word format.If that does not work please use our online service at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password then select "Export PDF" tool.More information on Export PDF at https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-exportpdf-faq.htmlPlease let me know if you have any problems.Thank you.Hisami
