Question

Using Adobe Send; it used to show when people had downloaded a file, that doesn't show in my view now, or do I need to reset the view and how?

Hi Jenifa,

That is still possible. But you need to click on files. Then click on sent and see the last column with Eye icon on it.

That should how many people have viewed this file.
