Using adobe sendnow and so many people not receiving the mail! How do you stop or limit the messages going to spam/junk? Is that where they are going? Please help!

Also, consider carefully the words you use to send with the file. Are you including advertising-type wording? Best to include a personal message, avoiding hyperbole.

There are many hundreds or thousands of different spam filters, so it's impossible to say what triggers them. You can do a test though: send the same file, but for a subject use only "File for ...." and give the person's exact name. No other words. If this gets through, your words unfortunately have been used by too many spammers. (Rather like someone with the misfortune to be called James Viagra - nobody would ever receive their email).

Are you using SendNow or Adobe Send? Note that SendNow is in read-only state, meaning that no new files can be sent.

If you are using Adobe Send, are you sending from your web browser (https://cloud.acrobat.com/send), the Outlook plugin, or Adobe Reader?

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your response. It looks like i'm using adobe send then because i'm sending from here https://cloud.acrobat.com/send I send about 50 documents a day and at least 20% come back to me saying they never received anything?
