Jag har köpt en årsprenumeration på Adobe Export Pdf men nu fungerar det inte.

Varför?

Hi Angeliej,

I see that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF, and as shared above that it does't work so there might be some possibilities that causing problem.

1- Make sure that you have downloaded the correct application Adobe Reader DC not the Acrobat DC to access the service.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

2- Also that you are "Signed In" in the application using correct email address. Under which you have signed up for "Export PDF"
