Verification of Serial Keys

Dear Concerns,

I bought 2 licenses for Adobe illustrator & Photoshop (CS6) and got the serial keys from the supplier. At the time of installing these product provided keys accepted and activated but no one product is showing in my profile even getting the message of invalid keys when putting these on adobe website in product portion. so please help in this regard.
