I purchased the update version but have no qualifying version.

    Hi MrWallis,

    What product are you referring to? I checked your account and see that you purchased Acrobat Pro XI Standard last May, and just purchased Acrobat XI Pro a few days ago. Are you having trouble installing Acrobat XI Pro?

    Please give us a little more information about what products you're working with, and we will get things sorted out for you.
