View and create comments on acrobat.com

I've managed to sync a pdf from my Adobe Reader App on my Android tablet, with acrobat.com. I can open the pdf on Acrobat.com, but I cannot make comments, or notes. I can see the highlights and the 'note' symbol that I made on the Adobe Reader App, but I cannot actually open the note symbols to read the notes.

No comment tool appears for me on acrobat.com.

I use Google chrome and am on the 'free' acrobat.com plan.

Odd! Do you see this tool in the upper-right corner?

If not, please clear the browser cache, and reload Acrobat.com.

Thanks for the quick response. No, I don't see that tool. I see the two icons to the left of it, but nothing else is there. It's the same across all my devices (laptop, Chrome, Firefox and on my tablet), even after clearing the cache on all! I can only edit and write comments on the Adobe Reader app on my tablet.
