Wann bekomme ich meine Rückerstattung?

Hatte vor ein paar Wochen noch rechzeitig in den 14 Tagen mein Abonnement gekünidgt, daraufhin kam die Nahricht, dass die nächsten 30 Tage kostenlos sind, also mir erstattet werden. Dennoch habe ich bisher kein Geld erhalten. Wann bekomme ich die Rückerstattung? Erst nach den 30 Tagen?

As we can check the plan is currently active, are you sure you have cancelled it within 14 days. kindly check if you have some other email. You can check you subscription status by following this help document:

I´M absolutely sure, that I canceled my subscription within the 14 days.
And I got the offer to use Adobe 30 days for FREE. And it wasn´t.
