want a reimbursement for the services i did not use

I was under the impression i had canceled my services because i had only needed it for my time at school. but then i was recently charged and i have not been using this scanning service anymore and only wanted to be charged the one time i had already been charged when i was actually using the services

Hi robertt,

Are you referring to your ExportPDF subscription? If so, you can cancel it by following the instructions here: Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.

If you'd like, I can also take care of it for you. Please just verify that that is the service you're wanting to cancel.

Yes I am. And yes I would it canceled and to be reimbursed the money I was charged because I have not been using this for about a year now. Please and thank you
