Want to cancel subscription - site won't let me!

How do I cancel my subscription??? I purchased it last April, and haven't been able to use it at all..

When I go to the cancel my subscription site - it reverts to the beginning = no answer at all. Frustrated, as i feel Adobe just want to take my money = illegal practice. Can't get through to any advisor.. surely this is ethically wrong too?!

I canceled my annual subscription last month. It took half an hour to find the chat person that could do this. There is no way to cancel online except chat. The cancel was at 1 pm and I received an email saying the subscription was canceled. At 10:30 pm I now see that ADOBE re-activated the damn subscription so I'm waiting again to CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. You charged me again! I already paid $240 to use your product for one month and NOW YOU WON'T LET GO OF MY MONEY. CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL

Ye - but it keeps reverting back to the same site, and I still can't get an answer....

you have to waste your time waiting in line to talk to a representative.

spread the word on what a waste of time this is,  warn your friends.

  1. ‌I am having the same issue!! I'm so frustrated. I went on to 'chat' to customer support but MY messages don't send, only theirs!!!??
